Our food and mental well being

Our body gets the energy for it to live and thrive from food and as every cell in our body, our brain and nerves are affected too. Our brain needs a set of nutrients regularly to function well since it is built up from oxygen, water, fatty acids and many other nutrients. It is impressing that a change in our diet can cause changes in mood, cognitive functioning, energy and even behaviour and has a potential to lessen mental health problems. Eating is a thing that we need to do daily anyway so why not to use it?
