Foodaware aims to provide see through information about the effect of our eating habits on our health. Using a holistic approach, I discuss topics of basic nutrition, the role of a balanced diet in preventing medical conditions and the effect of diet on our brain, mental health and environment. I created Foodaware to help people towards a world where we eat the food that helps us to function the best and is sustainable environmentally. Therefore, for people who are planning to change their diet there are articles to provide science backed up tips for successfully adapting new eating habits.
